Family Worker
Working Together to Support Youth and Families
The Family Worker Program provides supports to families of youth, ages12-17,that are at risk or high risk of coming into conflict with the law/re-offending, to support rehabilitation and address situations that put youth at risk. The Family Worker works jointly with youth and their families to empower them to make changes and improve their health and wellbeing. Individual and strength based supports and services are provided to address the identified needs of each individual youth and family. This service is offered throughout Durham Region.
