Understanding the Realities of Youth & Gang Involvement
Our mission is to inform, advocate, and empower communities to protect and uplift youth at risk.
About the Gang Research Study
Understanding Youth Involvement and Community Impact
A Better Tomorrow Services has launched this in-depth research initiative to explore the social, economic, and emotional factors that contribute to youth participation in gang-related activities. Through data analysis, community feedback, and lived experience, this study aims to elevate real stories, challenge perceptions, and inform programs that make a measurable difference.
The research focuses on:
Identifying common risk factors among at-risk youth
Exploring the systemic barriers they face
Highlighting positive intervention strategies used by schools, families, and community organizations
This study serves as a foundation for our youth-centered outreach programs and policy recommendations aimed at reducing gang involvement and strengthening community ties.
“If I had something like this back then, maybe I wouldn’t have felt like the streets were the only option.”
