Isabel is supporting Northstar’s sponsorship and fundraising initiatives, helping to strengthen community partnerships and identify new opportunities to invest in programs and services for youth and families. Through this role, she contributes to donor engagement, sponsorship outreach, event planning, research, and the development of fundraising strategies that support the organization’s mission and long-term sustainability.

Her long-term career goal is to build expertise in community development, nonprofit leadership, and resource development. Through this placement experience, she hopes to further develop her skills in relationship building, communications, project coordination, stakeholder engagement, fundraising, and community partnership development.
