Mikayla Williams is our current university placement student from Toronto Metropolitan University. She is in her final year of study, completing a Bachelor of Social Work with a minor in Criminology. During her placement at Northstar, Mikayla has contributed to mapping and strengthening connections with partner organizations that our clients may engage with throughout their service journey. She has developed a particular interest in our Section 19 cases and aspires to pursue a career in youth justice, with a focus on probation services, pre-sentencing processes, and rehabilitation.
